When I first started to vape my main daily use was 6MG and had been like that for years.

Now I use 20 MG Nic Salts but in a Disposable

I prefer 12-14 mg/ml. Lately mostly use 6mg. I go as high as 24mg. I average 50-60mg of nicotine per day and volume of liquid depends on what I am using. I don't do nic salt, I have tried a lot of it though.
