I am now going to start my chapter on not smoking anymore, as I just cannot smoke properly anymore and constantly cough when doing so...

I lit my last cigarette about 30 minutes ago, only to start vaping at 00:00:00 in the early hours of Monday, the 27th of January 2025.

In about 10 minutes, I will be entering my 4th day. So I Have completed 3 days.

Right, I have now completed 2 days and 16 hours nearly. So, I think I may be in the correct frame of mind to Quit smoking.

I lasted until Friday Afternoon, Until I started to vape again, since Saturday Night at 12 AM (00:00:00).

It has now been 2 days and nearly 18 hours since I quit. And I will beat this addiction to smoking.

I have been smoking all week, and now today, last night started to vape. So my new quit date is the 14th of January 2025 @ midnight...
