Imagine this...

For several months, you endure difficult treatments under your oncologists care.

You do your best.

Yet, the results you so desperately want just aren’t happening :-(

I understand it’s downright depressing. It makes you even want to give up.

That’s exactly where Luis and his family was before implementing the strategies I lay out in my webinar “The Blueprint To Beating Terminal Cancer.”

And even though it was difficult for him and his family to take action... and to do what was necessary to support his mother’s body in the way that she needed...

They were able to put my “Aggressive Integrative Approach” to work and realize some incredible breakthroughs, including treatment resistant liver metastasis.

A little while later, out of the blue, Luis sent us this message:

"Hello, my name is Luis and around a year ago we started Dr. Gene's protocol for my mother who was then 51 years old. She had a moderately differentiated colorectal carcinoma with hepatic metastasis. She did the surgery and removed the largest tumor of the colon, but two small metastatic liver tumors still remained. She got two courses of chemotherapy with an IV and some other medications, but the doctors said the drugs were not producing the desired effect. So we started the program that Dr. Gene advised.

About two months ago she returned to the oncologist to do medical exams again and even the doctor was very surprised with the results and said that she had virtually no more active cancer cells. She has been without medication for about 9 months, and is now very well and feels nothing... I'm grateful for the help and THANK YOU!"

What would that mean to you if you could enjoy similar results?

If you’re ready to maximize your chances of beating the odds, then why wait any longer?

Let’s jump on the phone and have a quick chat about if and how I can best help you.

There’s just one small catch... I have only have a few time slots left...

Please don’t waste any more time.

Natural Remedies To Treat Eczema

Natural Remedies To Treat Eczema
Eczema affects millions of people, and for many, conventional treatments only go so far. This article digs into a range of natural remedies that have been used for centuries — some you've probably heard of, and a few that might genuinely catch you off guard. If you're tired of the itch-and-repeat cycle, it's worth seeing what nature's medicine cabinet has to offer.

I just watched a film that explores a fascinating question:

What if health, healing, and human potential are influenced by more than energy and intention alone?

One of the most interesting things happening right now in science and human potential is the growing understanding that the body may respond to something invisible around us.

In a new ground breaking documentary this invisible force may have originated from the birth of creation and is still communicating through our bodies today.

Illusion has gathered scientists and doctors from Harvard to the University of Arizona Consciousness Studies to unravel a whole new way to look at your body, your mind, your relationships and possibly your purpose here on earth.

Check out the trailer for this fascinating film.

Hey Jimi,

There’s a marker in your blood called CRP, or C-reactive protein.

When it’s high, it’s a sign your body is carrying chronic inflammation.
That’s the kind linked to heart disease, diabetes, and a lot of what wears us down over time.

CRP is one of the numbers doctors look at to gauge how inflamed you are on the inside.

And you can change it with food.

In a 2020 study, people who ate a diet rich in dark leafy greens saw their CRP levels drop. Not through drugs or supplements, but through kale, arugula, spinach, and the like. Foods you can pick up on your next grocery run.

Greens are one of 7 foods in The Anti-Inflammatory Blueprint: 7 Foods to Soothe, Strengthen, and Sustain You, a free guide from my friends at Food Revolution Network. It walks through all seven, the science behind why they work, and three recipes to put them to use.

Hi Jimi,

You’ve changed your diet.

Taken the supplements. Read the books. Seen the doctors.

Tried different protocols. Maybe you meditate, exercise, work on your sleep and do everything you can to support your health.

And yet, something may still feel like it’s missing.

What if the next step isn’t more information?

What if there’s another part of the healing journey that most of us have never been taught how to work with?

I’m going to unpack this during a free live webinar on September 15th at 5 PM Eastern called The Missing Link to Healing: What’s REALLY Standing Between You and the Health You Want?

This isn’t another webinar about what to eat or which supplement to take.

It’s about something much deeper.

Join me free here and discover what may have been missing from your healing journey.

Imagine if the world were the kind of place where doctors prescribed vegetables…
A world where getting a breakdown of exactly which foods to eat (and avoid) is simple and clear…

I believe this world is possible, and so do my friends at Food Revolution Network.

5 Minute Nourish Bowls for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

->> Rethinking Alzheimer’s: The Surprising Truth About Risk, Treatment, and Prevention Podcast Episode with Dr. Jonathan Fellows x Dr. David Perlmutter (June 2026)

What if the gene you’ve been told to fear isn’t actually a verdict on your future, and the disease you’re racing to treat has already been silently progressing for two to three decades before anyone notices? In a recent episode of the Empowering Neurologist, Dr. Jonathan Fellows joins Dr. David Perlmutter to challenge how we think about Alzheimer’s risk, diagnosis, and treatment, making the case that early detection and lifestyle intervention matter more than the medications most people pin their hope on.

-->> The Brain-Health Factor 90% of Adults Aren't Optimizing - Dr. Austin Perlmutter (August 2026)

We often think about brain health as something happening only inside the skull. But metabolic health—the way your body manages blood sugar, energy and other key processes—may profoundly shape what happens in your brain. Here are some practical ways to understand and improve this often-overlooked piece of brain health.

-->> A Single Workout May Help Protect Memory After a Short Night's Sleep - Medical Xpress (September 2026)

Didn't sleep enough? Exercise may offer at least a little help. In a new study, moderate exercise appeared to partially offset memory problems caused by acute sleep restriction, with the effect potentially linked to slow-wave sleep. It’s another reminder that movement and sleep may work together to support cognition.

-->> Alzheimer's Trial Will Test Whether Treatment Can Begin Before Symptoms - The Guardian (September 2026)

What if Alzheimer's treatment started before memory problems appeared? A major new trial will test an experimental amyloid-targeting drug in about 1,600 cognitively healthy adults who show a blood biomarker associated with elevated Alzheimer's risk. The trial reflects one of the biggest shifts in the field: moving from treating established disease toward trying to prevent symptoms before they begin.

-->> This Lifestyle Program Improved Cognition 55% More Than Basic Health Advice - ScienceDaily (September 2026)

Exercise, healthy eating, cognitive training and social connection may be especially powerful when people get help actually putting them into practice. In a two-year study across 11 Latin American countries, older adults at risk for dementia improved cognition with multidomain lifestyle programs—and structured coaching produced substantially greater gains than general health advice alone.

🦬 HOME AFTER 200 YEARS: A herd of American bison gets released onto a 120k-acre preserve in Sonora in the next few weeks, the first to graze that stretch of the borderlands in roughly two centuries. They do the restoration work themselves, dropping seeds from their dung and hair and grazing patchy enough to open up nesting ground for birds and small mammals. Peter Winsor, who's leading the project, says the plan is that "bison will roam here and do whatever they want to do."

[td]
🌲 ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT TREES: Only 1 in 5 Americans has ever had a doctor suggest they spend time outside, and nearly half get under two hours of nature a week. But 83% said they'd go outdoors more if a provider actually told them to. Ten minutes a day is enough to "reset our attention, improve our mood and even affect our immune functioning," says Texas A&M public health professor Jay Maddock.

[td]
🧠 YOUR GUT'S CHAT: For the first time, researchers scanned living human brains and matched the chemistry inside them to the bacteria in people's guts. Across 61 young women, certain microbial pathways tracked with GABA and glutamate, the brake and the accelerator of the nervous system, and the same pathways lined up with anxiety, low mood, and sleep quality. The Surrey team is careful to call this a link rather than a cause, but until now it had only been shown in mice.

THE COVID FRAUD: Human Cells Dressed Up as "Coronavirus" in the World's Top Medical Journals

Hey Jimi

Dr. Belisa Vranich has spent years studying something most of us never think about:

How our body actually moves when we breathe.

And her latest research suggests something pretty wild, around 9 out of 10 people may not be breathing properly.

Not breathing too fast

Not breathing through the mouth

Actually using their body incorrectly when they breathe.

So I invited Belisa back onto the podcast to find out what’s going on and, more importantly, what we can do about it.

In the new episode, you’ll discover:

  • A simple way to test how well you’re actually breathing
  • Why your shoulders, ribs, diaphragm and even your hips matter
  • The difference between a vertical and horizontal breather
  • Why poor breathing mechanics may leave you feeling more tense and stressed
  • A simple 2-minute reset you can use during the day
  • How to start retraining a breathing pattern you may have been using for decades

This is probably one of the deepest conversations I’ve recorded on breathing mechanics.

And I’ve got some exciting news too…

After years of having everything under the Take A Deep Breath umbrella, I’ve decided to give The Breathcast its own YouTube channel.

So I have a small favour to ask.

If you enjoy these conversations, please hit Subscribe when you watch. Starting a new channel from scratch is slightly terrifying 😂, and every early subscriber genuinely helps.
