Hi all, I am making a new thread as I am about to embark on my Quitting Journey from smoking.

This will be updated either hourly during the day or daily during the night.

I have been Vaping since April 1st at Midnight, (00:00:00).

I have now made it to day three of my quit, and sometimes have a craving, yet not too strong of one, just yet.

I'm now into day 4 of my quit and haven't had a bad craving as of yet.

I have recently gone a week without smoking, and as such, I am now on day 9 of my quit.

I hoped to update you all, but since this forum is quiet, I used another forum for my daily updates.

I have since Started to smoke again, I did not want to, but felt like having one for over 2 days.

I will only be smoking for today, since lighting one up yesterday at 4:50 PM (16:00).

I had my last cigarette last night at 1 AM (12:00 AM without daylight saving time).

I woke up particularly late, about 3:45 PM, and started to vape, and coughed and coughed.

I am going to beat my addiction to cigarettes.
