I would never buy Butterball any more than I would buy Tyson or a lot of mainstream slop mill brands. The whole North American poultry flock is infected with salmonella. It's sad, when we could have such an abundance of good clean food.

But there are local sellers, and there are the organically raised lines in grocery stores.
