Day 4 25th of June - (Did Quit Smoking)

Due to issues arising and my incompetence in managing a server, I have had to redo my forum from an ancient backup.

But hey ho, I have it back now, which is the main thing. But yes, I did Quit Smoking on the 14th of April.

I'm onto day 13 and still Vaping, yet trying to import media to Plex. Since purchasing a pass lifetime

Finally made 2 weeks this monday and now I am in day 16 of quit.

Day 18 now without worries, and still on the process of importing dvds, for my plex server.

Yeah, if I am not here, I am over at POTV.

Took a few tries doing nearly a week in each stage, now I'm onto day 19 and it is nearly over.

I have now made 3 weeks and 21 hours.

So, good on me.

I am updating the thread prefix to a month. I know I am still on day 28, but four weeks should be a month if it's February.

Also, I am finding that I hardly have that many cravings, due to my Vaping. If I had done it cold turkey, I would still be smoking now.......

I am still smoke-free and still Vaping.

On the 25th, I had one at about 5 AM. This was last Sunday.

Then I proceeded to smoke 40 more that day.

I have now been smoke-free for coming up to 7 days.

Nearly the end of day 9 and the start of day 10.

Still vaping and hardly had a craving as of yet.

Shame on me for having one and then 40 in the space of a day.

I will beat my best again and continue to vape.

It has nearly been a week since I last updated you all.

And I am pleased to say I am still vaping away, with me doing over 2 weeks without a cigarette.

In just over 13 hours, I will have done 3 weeks without smoking, and that is a given.

I will then be on course to do 4 weeks again, then 5 weeks, and hoping to beat my 6 Weeks done twice.

Once in 2016 and three weeks ago.

Since I had had trouble with neighbours, I started to smoke again late Saturday night, and then all day Sunday.

I had later resolved to only vape from 1 AM, as this would be 12 or 00 hours midnight.

But did put out my last puff at 2 AM.

I woke up on Monday to smoke both that day and on Tuesday.

Then, at Midnight on the 24th, in the Early hours of the 25th, I quit smoking.

So now it's day 4 off those cigarettes.




My new Quit Date is currently June 25, 2025, at 00:00:00 Midnight.

Do you have ZYN or ON! nicotine pouches there?
They work really good if vaping isn't cutting it.

I can no longer use the patches as I have no teeth, also I threw out quite a bit of pouches.
