I lasted until Saturday, so just over 4 days.

I Quit again on Sunday, the 23rd of February 2025, @ 12 PM (Noon).

Make that 3 days and 3 hours since Quitting.

It has now been 4 days, 4 hours, and 15 minutes since quitting.

I now feel better about it and also my wallet.

It has just turned 5 days since quitting Smoking

I lasted a further 11 hours before I lit one up and then went to bed.

Only to have one this morning and that got me to smoke again.

I smoked right up until Monday the 3rd of March 2025 @ 16:00 or 4 PM.

Since then, I have not touched a cigarette.

It has been 2 days and 4 hour.

 

[P2PLeon]

It has now been 4 days and 3 hours since Starting to Vape.

 

[P2PLeon]

I have written a few posts since last, and then I had to reinstall with an older database due to email problems.

That has now been cleared, and since last time, I had done 9 days without smoking, But popsicle me thought that I could just have the one.

Which turned out to be a packet the following day.

I have now Quit again at Midnight on Thursday-Early hours of Friday.

My stint lasted from the 11th of March until the 19th of March at 22:40.



So My New Quit is as follows:: Friday the 21st of March 2025 @ 00:00:00.

I am still Vaping, and in my mind, I am doing the safer option to getting Nicotine in my system.

But in the darkest reaches of my mind, I still want to smoke. But it is not viable for my pocket or my health.

So, as I am vaping, I will keep you all posted about what I have been doing to pass the time.

As some of you may know, I am incapable of working and spend most of my time at home, watching the same four walls.

I have since passed Saturday and Sunday. Now I am on Monday the 24th of March.

I will beat my best record if it is the last thing I do.

I am now on day 6 of my quit. And I only have to do another 3 days before I reach my concurrent best, yet will have to try harder to beat my gracious best of 42 days.

I am now on day 8 of my quit. And I feel much better for doing it.

 

[P2PLeon]

I failed again on Friday night, when I could have done it another day.

I do not know why I keep failing, but all I know is that temptation is there with my mother and niece here.
