Good Old Times

I haven't seen @Lannie for a bit, hope everything is alright for her.

Sorry, I just saw this. I've been having some problems, lots of pain, trips to the doctors, etc. Most of the time I'm on the couch, trying not to move. I started some physical therapy and she taught me some breathing exercises that can help, so of course I overdid them, trying to get rid of ALL my pain. Who could have thought breathing could hurt you? But it did. Today is the first day I feel a tiny bit better. From now on, I will follow the doctor's orders. ;)

Yes breathing takes a lot more physical muscle movement than many think. When I first started doin breathing exercises it felt like someone kicked me in the chest, and yes I am an extreme over doer. I kept with it and now it's become easy. Sending healing thoughts and my prayers for a quick and complete healing my friend. :)
