Our Health

Hi Jimi,

Have you ever felt like you've tried everything, but nothing seems to change how you feel?

You've changed your diet.

Researched treatments.

Tried different approaches.

Done everything you can think of to support your health…

But underneath it all, there's still that nagging fear.

The worry about what might happen next.

The feeling that something could go wrong at any moment.

The difficulty imagining a future where you feel genuinely happy, relaxed, and free again.

And perhaps the hardest part is that you've started to wonder whether things will ever feel different.

I want to share something with you that I think is incredibly important.

Sometimes, what keeps us feeling stuck isn't just what we're going through. It's the patterns we've unknowingly developed in response to it.

Think about it.

Perhaps you've become so accustomed to anticipating bad news that your mind automatically looks for something to worry about.

Perhaps you've learned to push your emotions aside because you feel you have to stay strong.

Perhaps you've spent so long operating in survival mode that feeling calm almost seems unfamiliar.

These patterns can become so automatic that we don't even recognize we're repeating them.

And here's what I find fascinating:

You cannot change a pattern you don't know you're keeping.

But once you begin recognizing these patterns, you can start creating a different response.

You can learn to interrupt the automatic cycle of fear.

You can begin relating to uncertainty differently.

You can stop letting yesterday's experiences dictate how you experience every moment today.

And perhaps, little by little, begin to believe that happiness, peace, and joy are still possible.

This is something I want to explore in an upcoming masterclass with a very special guest.

Beyond the Fear: How to Find Peace, Reclaim Your Joy, and Live More Fully While Navigating Cancer.

I'll be joined by Jackie Zofkie, a stage III breast cancer survivor and holistic cancer coach, who will share her personal journey, the integrative approaches she explored, and what helped her find greater peace, confidence, and purpose.

Together, we'll explore the emotional patterns that can keep us trapped in fear, why simply telling yourself to think positively doesn't always work, and how you can begin creating a different experience for yourself.

Because I don't want you to spend your entire life waiting for the next thing to go wrong.

I want you to know that your diagnosis doesn't take away your ability to experience happiness, connection, meaning, and joy.

You may not be able to control everything happening around you. But you can begin changing the patterns that influence how you experience it.

Join Jackie and me on Today, Friday, October 30, at 11 AM Eastern.

Save your place for Beyond the Fear here.
With love and gratitude,

Dear Jimi,

I hope you're enjoying a wonderful week so far :)

Are you ready to stop wasting hours of your life trying to fall asleep... then sleep restlessly and wake up exhausted with brain fog?!

Would you rather fall asleep quickly and effortlessly, sleep like a baby, and wake up refreshed, energized, and ready to perform optimally?

Our dear friend Debra Poneman of Yes to Success fame teamed up with award-winning, Harvard-trained mind/body researcher and published author Ronnie Newman to create a powerful PDF on how to fall asleep effortlessly, sleep deeply, and feel super clear from the moment you open your eyes.

This beautiful document will give you everything you need to know about getting your best night's sleep and most refreshed morning!

And it's FREE!

Even if you are one of the 32% of adults in Western industrialized countries who have no trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, you'll be amazed to discover that there are ways even for you to improve your sleep and thus your performance during the day – and your longevity.

Without enough high-quality sleep, your brain simply can't function properly. Lack of sleep impairs your ability to concentrate, think clearly, and process and store information. Research shows that without adequate sleep, you can't form or maintain the brain pathways that help you remember things, even things you heard five minutes before!

Poor sleep not only puts you at increased risk for disease, but research also shows that those who sleep poorly have twice the possibility of developing dementia and Alzheimer's.

>>>Please send me my 10 Sleep Tips PDF <<<

In this PDF you will discover:

~ Why WHEN you sleep might be more important than how long you sleep

~ The truth about melatonin and why it might not be good for you

~ One simple trick to reset your circadian rhythms (your body's own sleep/wake cycle)

~ The surprising thing a warm bath does for your body (nope, it doesn't warm you up so that you can sleep more deeply)

~ The beverage to drink before bed that contains peptides to lower the stress hormone

~ What the ancient science of Ayurveda says makes the biggest difference in your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep

And if you wake up to go to the bathroom and your body just won't go back to sleep, Tip #10 is for you.

Here's what Sarge in Thailand had to say: "I implemented just one of your suggestions on how to have deeper sleep, and I slept for 7 hours uninterrupted for the first time in over a decade."

Enjoy your PDF and the vibrant life that awaits you when you start getting the deepest, most rejuvenating sleep ever.

Hi Jim,

Researchers put two groups through the exact same weight loss program. Same food. Same workouts. Same calories.

Both groups lost about the same amount of weight.

But when they looked at what was lost, the results were shocking.

One group lost a big chunk of muscle. The other lost almost pure fat and kept their strength.

That matters, especially over 40. Lose muscle and your metabolism slows, your energy drops, and the weight creeps back. It's how people end up "skinny fat": smaller clothes, softer body.

So what did the second group do differently?

>>> Find out here <<<

If you've ever lost weight and felt worse instead of better, you need to see this.

P.S.
There's a list of 7 warning signs your body may be burning muscle instead of fat. I recognized a few in myself.

Hiya Jim,

Tomorrow is the last day to join Your Cancer Guide.

Before I give you one more invitation I want to say thank you.

For the past couple of weeks, you’ve opened my emails, you’ve heard me pour out my heart, and you’ve asked the hard questions about what it takes to face cancer, whether you have cancer yourself or you love someone who does.

This shows me you’re strong, resilient, and oh so courageous, my friend.

It’s easy to let hopelessness sink in after a diagnosis. It’s easy to feel like all your power has been taken away and just give up.

But that’s not you.

If you’ve looked at the course but haven’t joined yet, I probably know what you’re thinking...

→ "Will this course really help me, or is it just false hope?"

That’s how I felt when I was flooded with information about how to navigate cancer after my own diagnosis. But I’m here to tell you that suspending disbelief and learning all I could was one of the best choices I made on this journey.

With this guide, you’re not getting info you could Google in two seconds. You’re getting the latest insights on cancer recovery from the experts I trust most.

So many of you have been writing in with questions this week, and I’ve loved reading every single one. I want to make sure they’re all answered, so you can feel confident that you’re saying “yes” to something great. Here’s what you’ve been asking...

Q: Will this course help my body heal from cancer?

A: I wish I could guarantee that, but I can’t. And honestly, you shouldn’t trust any flashy promises that guarantee remission. Cancer is far more complex than that. What I’ve done is gather some of the most respected doctors and researchers in the world to answer one question: “What can you do to give yourself the best chance of healing?”

They’ll guide you through everything from choosing your medical support team to immunity-boosting foods, natural supplements that can support your treatment, calming your mind and spirit, and building a resilient mindset. While we can’t guarantee your healing, we can promise that you’ll finish the program as the most empowered patient you can possibly be, ready to calmly and confidently direct your own care.

Q: I’m in remission. Will this help me?

A: Yes. The experts inside agree there are things you can do to support a healthier environment in your body after treatment, and they’ll show you how. It’s not a guarantee, but it’s a whole lot better than “watch and wait.”

Q: I don’t have cancer, but I’m interested in prevention. Is this for me?

A: Absolutely. The same lifestyle practices that support your body during treatment are the ones these experts recommend for lowering your risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. If you have a family history or a genetic predisposition, you’ll learn from leading doctors and researchers who use these integrative practices every day.

Q: Do I have to go through it by a certain time?

A: No. We know you’ve got a lot on your plate right now. It’s self-paced with lifetime access, so you can go through the material on your schedule, whenever you need it most. It’s completely digital, too, so your login details land in your inbox within minutes. No waiting, no shipping.

Q: Can I gift it to someone who has cancer?

A: Absolutely. Just choose the gift option at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

Q: What do I get inside?

A: My complete cancer roadmap, which includes:

  • The Entire 7-Step Plan to Navigate Cancer
  • 8 Guided Meditations to Soothe Your Mind
  • My Complete Cancer Guidebook
  • 10 Steps to Take After You’ve Been Diagnosed Checklist
  • Cancer Therapy Relief eBook
  • Cancer Kitchen Recipe Pack
Now, here’s my final invite for you...

Inside the program, I can help you navigate cancer with courage, clarity, and confidence, or help you be a world-class advocate and support for a loved one with cancer.

Enrollment closes tomorrow.

So if you’re ready, join me inside Your Cancer Guide here.

Why do some people stay mentally sharp despite having signs of Alzheimer's disease in their brains? And could something as simple as your daily step count help predict your future brain health? This week, fascinating new research explores the surprising ways our brains resist aging, how movement may protect cognition, and what we can do today to support a longer, healthier life.

-->> Scientists Discover a Surprising Clue to Why Some Brains Resist Alzheimer's - ScienceDaily (October 2026)

Why do some people develop Alzheimer's pathology but never experience dementia? Researchers studying donated human brains discovered that rare, immature neurons were still present in people over 80. Even more fascinating, these cells appeared to activate protective mechanisms in people who remained cognitively healthy despite Alzheimer's-related brain changes, offering new clues about the biology of brain resilience.

-->> Fitness Tracker Data Could Offer Clues About Future Brain Health - Medical Xpress (October 2026)

Could your daily step count help predict your future brain health? In a study involving more than 22,000 adults, people averaging fewer than 5,000 steps daily were diagnosed with dementia, Parkinson's disease, or stroke at nearly twice the rate of those taking more than 12,000 steps. While the findings don't establish cause and effect, they reinforce the potential importance of regular movement for long-term neurological health.

-->> FREE GUIDE: Your Longevity Reset - Dr. Austin Perlmutter (October 2026)

What if the most powerful tools for living longer with a healthy brain aren't expensive supplements or experimental treatments, but simple changes you can make today? Dr. Austin Perlmutter breaks down practical, science-backed strategies to support healthy aging, protect your brain, and improve your healthspan. Download this free longevity guide to discover actionable steps you can start using right away.

-->> Building the Brain's Hidden Superpower: Resilience - Dr. David Perlmutter (2026)

What if protecting your brain isn't just about preventing Alzheimer's pathology, but strengthening your brain's ability to withstand it? Dr. David Perlmutter explores research involving nearly 4,000 older adults showing that exceptionally fast walkers had approximately half the risk of developing cognitive impairment, even though their brains showed similar levels of Alzheimer's pathology. The findings highlight the emerging importance of cognitive resilience and how lifestyle choices may help us build it.

-->> Your Gut Bacteria May Reveal How Fast Your Brain Is Aging - ScienceDaily (October 2026)

Could your gut microbiome reveal whether your brain is aging faster than the rest of your body? UCLA researchers analyzed brain scans from nearly 1,500 adults and found that people with older-appearing brains tended to perform worse on tests of memory and executive function. Even more intriguingly, accelerated brain aging was linked to specific gut bacteria and their metabolic products, adding to evidence connecting the gut microbiome with cognitive health.

When stress never fully switches off, your body stays braced. Cortisol keeps blood sugar and cravings up, so weight tends to settle around the middle. And over time, your tissues start tuning out cortisol’s calming effect on inflammation, so joints ache and flare. Different symptoms, often one signal underneath.

If Episode 6 of the Food Matters Live Series left you wanting to go deeper on that, I wanted to point you to the next step properly rather than leave it buried somewhere.

Resetting stress and sleep is one of the ten steps inside our 90-Day Root Cause Healing Program. It sits within a bigger sequence: gut, hormones, inflammation, stress and sleep, and more, taught alongside 50+ experts, in the order the body actually heals.

It’s self-paced, with live group coaching calls along the way, so you’re not doing it on your own.

As one of our graduates, Barbara, put it: “It’s so much more than just nutrition — it’s not what you think it is.”

One thing worth mentioning: enrollment for the October cohort closes at 11:59pm PT on Saturday, October 31. Pay in full before then, and you’ll save $2,000, and every student who joins gets the 300+ page printed workbook shipped free.

This cohort has limited spots, and we keep it small on purpose so everyone gets real attention on the coaching calls (sign up today and join us for your first coaching call on November 4).

No pressure at all. Have a look at the program here.

Hi,

Quick question. Do you ever notice that a late night on the sofa with a tablet leaves you tired the next day, and your skin looking a bit dull too?

We've just published a piece on why that might happen. Skin cells run their own night shift: they repair, renew and rebuild collagen while you sleep. That schedule follows the light signals your eyes pick up in the evening, and bright, blue-heavy light before bed pushes it off track. What surprised us most is how few people connect their evening lighting with how their skin looks.

If you want to see what the research actually shows, and what is still only marketing, here is the full article on evening light, skin and sleep. It also covers where red and near infrared light fit in, and where the evidence stops.

What does your evening look like: screens until the last minute, or some kind of wind down routine? Just hit reply, we read every answer.

And if the article makes you think of a friend who always sleeps badly, feel free to forward it to them.
