A leading doctor from East Asia has uncovered an unusual prostate-shrinking weed that helps men empty their bladder and pee hard against the bowl.

In a study with 558 men with BPH, a staggering 81% of the participants experienced complete relief from debilitating pee problems…

They were also able to:
● Stop nighttime urges to pee
● Pee like a racehorse
● Fully empty their bladders
● Reduce frequent “gotta go” urges
● Eliminate pee dribbles & pelvic pain

If you’re tired of annoying and humiliating peeing problems and looking for a safe, natural alternative to drugs and doctor visits…

Check out how this prostate-shrinking weed works and find out how it can fix the root-cause of your enlarged prostate:

>>> Backyard weed fixes enlarged prostate & provides complete relief

Ben, a grandpa of 6 from Wisconsin, got publicly humiliated when he had sudden pee leaks on an airplane.

Thanks to this doctor’s recipe, he went from waking up to pee 4 or 5 times at night… to enjoying a stronger stream, fully emptying his bladder, and sleeping deeply & uninterrupted all night long.

To your health,

Letting Go, Moving Forward

Sometimes the path forward starts with letting go. This week, Tulsy Ball shares how a closed door led him to a new mission and a deeper walk with the Lord, and Dr. Dick Tibbits shows how forgiveness can set our hearts free. Whatever you’re carrying today, may you find room for His peace in it.

“Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” Ephesians 4:31-32

Hi Jimi,

When was the last time you did something simply because it made you happy?

Not because it was good for your health.

Not because someone recommended it.

Not because it was another thing you could check off your wellness list.

Just because you wanted to.

When you're navigating cancer, or any chronic condition for that matter…

It's really easy for life to become consumed by managing your health.

Researching treatments. Evaluating supplements. Making appointments. Thinking about what to eat, what to avoid, and what else you could be doing.

And before you realize it, taking care of yourself can start to feel like a full-time job.

I understand why. When your health is at stake, you want to do everything you can.

But I think there's an important question we don't ask often enough:

In the middle of doing everything you can to protect your health, are you still making space to enjoy your life?

To laugh until your stomach hurts.

To be fully present with the people you love.

To wake up and look forward to the day ahead.

To feel like a person with dreams, interests, and a future — not just someone trying to get better.

These things matter, too.

And they're at the heart of a special masterclass I'm hosting with stage III breast cancer survivor and holistic cancer coach Jackie Zofkie.

It's called Beyond the Fear: How to Find Peace, Reclaim Your Joy, and Live More Fully While Navigating Cancer.

During this conversation, Jackie will share her personal journey, the integrative approaches she explored, and what helped her rediscover greater peace, confidence, and purpose.

Together, we'll explore how to stop letting your health challenges define every moment of your life and begin making room for more connection, meaning, and joy along the way.

Because healing isn't just about what you want to move away from.

It's also about what you want to move toward.

More moments that make you smile. More time feeling connected to the people you love. More permission to enjoy the life you're living right now.

That's what I'd love for you to take away from this conversation.

Join us on Friday, October 30, at 11 AM Eastern.

Save your place for Beyond the Fear and discover how to make more room for joy in your life.
With love and gratitude,

Hi Jimi,

When I first started reacting to my cell phone, the headaches were one of the first signs. I’d be on a call and feel the pressure building in my head.

I’ve never suffered from true migraines, but I got enough of a taste back then to understand why people who DO live with them will try almost anything.

This week, I sat down with Dr Amelia Scott Barrett, a neurologist who treated headache patients in private practice for decades, retrained in functional medicine, and now works with people whose migraines haven’t responded to anything else.

[Click below to listen to my full interview. Hurry, it’s only available for 48 hours.]

Here are a few timestamps to support you:

[03:55]
Headache or migraine? Different symptoms, but “the same biology” behind them

[05:39] 200 different genes linked to migraines + regulating 4 biological systems in the body

[08:27] The “tipping bucket”: why your migraine trigger is probably just the final drop

[11:26] How your biology could make EMFs a bigger factor in your migraines

[16:55] 3 easy ways to reduce EMF exposure (a starting point if you suffer from migraines..)

[19:39] Why getting through menopause doesn’t make hormonal migraines disappear

[20:45] Gut-brain connection: leaky gut, food tolerance and why migraine isn’t one disease

[23:29] Genetic testing for migraines - is it really worth it?

[31:17] Dr Amelia’s “Food Triangle” for Migraine

[36:42] Could your probiotic be making your migraines worse? Why low histamine matters (the world is inflammatory. We all need a little help.)

One idea from our conversation has stuck with me. She calls it the tipping bucket.

Picture a bucket slowly filling with water. A bad night’s sleep adds some. Hormonal shifts add some. Blood sugar dips, dehydration, a sensitive gut, stress. EMF exposure goes in there too. Then one more drop lands, the bucket tips, and the migraine arrives.

Dr Barrett explained that those whose bodies struggle with cellular energy production may be more vulnerable, because EMFs can increase oxidative stress, which reduces the cell’s capacity to make energy.

This is a great interview - but the episode is only up for 48 hours, so don't wait!

To your highest health,

Hi Jimi,
When blood sugar levels go into the "danger zone," most doctors reach for a popular prescription. Yet, after 21 years, this pill barely moved the needle - while a better solution is often ignored.

In addition, just ONE food item is being tied to 20% fewer heart deaths - and the benefit showed up by eating just a surprisingly small amount.

This is a question we need to ask before wildcrafting ginseng or goldenseal.

These plants that thrive in the deep forest often have powerful medicine that can certainly benefit humans, but since they do not grow in abundance, it is important to consider sustainable harvesting practices.

This month on the HerbMentor Radio podcast, Mimi Prunella and I sit down with herbalist Jeannie Dunn for a conversation about woodland herbalism. We talk about plants like black cohosh, bloodroot, yellow root, and American ginseng that inhabit the Appalachian forest.

Jeannie is a North Carolina herbalist, educator, wildcrafter, and owner of Red Moon Herbs, an Appalachian herbal company rooted in the Wise Woman tradition and the use of fresh, local plants as food and medicine.

Through Red Moon Herbs, Jeannie carries forward a tradition of fresh plant medicine making that is grounded in sustainable wildcrafting, plant conservation, and responsible relationship with the land. Her work reflects a particular appreciation for Appalachian woodland plants and the importance of protecting and tending the habitats where these medicines grow.

As you listen you’ll learn about:

  • Sustainable ways of gathering forest plants
  • Practicing herbalism within the Wise Woman Tradition
  • Ways to bring herbs like ginseng and yellow root into your herbal practice
  • How calling on the weedy plants can help us keep the forest plants abundant
I know you’re going to love listening to this episode with Jeannie, hearing her story of stewarding Red Moon Herbs, her knowledge and wisdom about all the plants that grow around her, and some of the beautiful preparations that infuse her life.

Enjoy!

Hey there,

If you're taking water pills and your legs are STILL bloated, heavy, and swollen…

You've been DECEIVED.

Because while doctors keep prescribing them like candy… there's something deeply alarming they're not telling you.

Water pills are NOT designed to fix what's really behind your swelling.

In fact, they may be silently making it worse.

Why?

Because the fluid pooling in your legs, ankles, and feet is NOT in your bloodstream…

And water pills CAN'T touch it.

The pills are draining the WRONG system, while the real cause quietly worsened beneath the surface.

In fact, one overlooked clinical study revealed that water pills can cause serious electrolyte imbalances…

Which may actually AGGRAVATE your swelling…

Trigger muscle cramps…

And skyrocket your risk of kidney damage and fatigue.

And yet NO ONE's warning you until today.

But here's the good news…

There's a fast-acting 7-second Swelling Reset that helps flush trapped fluid, relieves the pressure, and delivers real, lasting comfort.

It drains the RIGHT system that water pills ignore.

All without swallowing another pill, strapping on compression socks, or elevating your legs like a pretzel.

==> Click here to discover the simple 7-second Swelling Reset that targets the real root cause of swelling - naturally.

What doctors want you to know about parasites

[td]
Hey Jimi,

When you hear the word "parasite," what comes to mind?

Probably a long, creepy worm straight out of a horror movie.

Yikes!

But here's something that might surprise you…

Not all parasites are big enough to see with the naked eye.

In fact, some are microscopic.

And depending on the type, parasitic infections can affect the body in very different ways.

  • Some may cause digestive troubles.

  • Others can contribute to nutrient deficiencies or fatigue.

  • And some infections may cause few noticeable symptoms at all.

That's what makes this topic so fascinating.

Because, as Dr. Torrie Thompson explains in a recent expert discussion, many people picture parasites as giant worms…

When the reality can look quite different.

And Dr. Brandon Nutt raises another interesting point:

Symptoms alone don't always reveal what's happening beneath the surface.

After all, fatigue, digestive discomfort, and brain fog can have many possible causes.

That is why understanding the different types of parasites, how exposure happens, and when testing may be appropriate matters.

Curious what these doctors have to say?

=> Watch the experts discuss parasites here

You might be surprised by what you learn.
