Week 3 6th of October 2025 - (Did Quit Smoking)

It will be 10 weeks until my Birthday since Monday of this week.

Also I have changed the title of this thread as I am now starting my journey yet again.

I'm sorry Leon. People will find a forum because they did a generic search for information about vaping. Can it help me stop smoking? Is it bad for my health? Etc.

You have something over VU and ECF, in that you're in the UK, so you have a special place.

You need more forum content. I'll start a new thread.

I am now on day 7 again, and after today, I will have gone a week without.

Today I am on day 12 of my Quit.

I look forward to my biweekly account, which means I will have completed 2 weeks by Thursday midnight, going into Friday Morning.

I've just reached a week, and I am now grateful for any future appraisals.

Day 11 and I fancied a cigarette last night, but it was only a thought.

I will continue to vape until I may fail and start again.

So touch wood that I do not.

Completed my birthday without smoking.

Yet did have a few between 12:00 and 01:00 AM, as this would be the End of the 5th of October, going into the 6th of October. If no daylight time existed.

It's now Saturday and I am still coughing yet not as much as I would have if I was still smoking .

Will be 3 weeks Tonight since touching the dreaded Cancer Sticks.
