Studebaker was the main sponsor for Mister Ed through all 143 episodes from 1961, when it was a syndicated show, and from 1962-1966 when it was on CBS. Every automobile used on Mister Ed was a Studebaker. Mister Ed was part of a strong Sunday night CBS lineup from 1961-1963 that included Car 54, Ed Sullivan and What's My Line. These were all shows that an entire family could watch together which will never happen again
