I was lookin for something different today I had some organic portobella mushrooms so I cut them to the size of a cocktail shrimp and scampied them just like shrimp.
They were surprisingly delicious

I baked a sourdough multigrain bread today. First time ever. It came out ok, but it could have been better as I didn't have my timing down.
