Doing okay, thank you
It has finally cooled down. Pretty much all of September has been 100 or upper 90s. According to the weather guessers all this week in the 70s. I really hope they are right.

We are doin pretty good been cannin a as much garden up as we can, the way things are gettin I just feel better with a big supply of garden goodies
But other than that we're hangin in there, thank you for asking my friend

I hope there is no Indian Summer. The ac is on its last legs. The only way I've been cooling down is hopping into a cold shower. It's been 85 and higher in the home. Sweating all the time until last night when the wonderful rains came and cooled it down to 69 before I went to bed.It's that way here too, we needed a break. I hope it's this way until Indian Summer.

Do have this thingie that fills up with water, put one of those frozen ice packs on top and close the lid. It blows out cool air. It helped a little, but have to constantly replace the ice pack. Least it was something.

Oh No sorry to hear that, our air gave it up years ago and we have learned to survive without it somehow but we have a basement that stays a few degrees cooler, our refuge on peak heat times of the day.
Yes in this nasty hear anything that cools you helps, we have a couple squirt bottles that we have squirt gun wars with to help stay cool, yes I know just like a couple kids.

Would love to have an attic fan !! My dad has one, when he would actually get us children for his weekend, they would shut down their ac and turn on the attic fan. Oh, yeah, I have squirt bottle and was using this. Nothing wrong with some fun while trying to stay cool. Very good memories.
