I have noticed that over the past year, prospective web users have tried to register here.
The problem didn't come up until later last week, when someone from VapingUnderground.com told me.
I had a problem with a CAPTCHA, and now we've put a Q&A in place.
Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay in fixing this issue.
Once registered, you will still need to post in the Activation Requests Forum, since this is to weed out spammers and bots.
