Day 2 Right, You Lot!!

Since my last message, I have been smoking and nearly spent a whole day in bed.

I later started to vape at 3 PM (15:00) today since I am still passing out due to smoking or even vaping.

Because I need to climatize myself to quit successfully.
 
Hey Leon, I had a real tough time too, was a 4 pack a day user ( I was a foreman in a high pressure job), yes i said user because it does hook you. It took all I had to quit, I was feelin bad, couldn't breath right. Now I have no desire to have one. Been 12 years now. I tried everything till I found vaping. I did certain things that truly helped me, like setting a time I would go to before my first smoke and extending that no smoke time every couple days but I could vape durrin this no smoke time. I found a vape tobacco flavor as close to the taste I got from the cigarette. you smoke, makes it easier to vape instead.

I went to bed just as I was about to do three days, and I stayed there until 6 a.m. this morning.

Now, in less than 5 hours, I will have done 4 days without smoking.

So My target is 42 days, but I firstly need to break the 4-5 days mark.
 
Right, I have had about 2 days of smoking, and now it is time to quit yet again.

So, as of 8 AM this morning, I had my last puff.

I have been puking up since last night, as I had a rather peppery fishcake.
