What are the benefits of Quitting Smoking

Asking for a moderator on here, as I think we need some reliable information regarding smoking and vaping.

I know from experience that vaping is at least 95% safer, compared to combustion.

True @Example , the press wants to jump on vaping as a danger to youth. If I had a kid I wouldn't mind if he vaped, as long as he could pay for it himself, since some kids are attracted to risk taking behavior.

But for me, the answers to your question "What are the benefits of quitting smoking":

No more winter bronchitis since my last cigarette in 2012, and before that I had it all winter every year. One time I was coughing so hard I had to hang up on a client. He called back and asked if I wanted him to call an ambulance.

No more stinky apartment, stinky mattress, stale smoke lingering.

No more having to go outside in all weather to light up.

A huge revelation in finding out I could quit cigarettes completely and permanently. I really thought they would kill me. My parents smoked, my aunts and uncles smoked. My dad and my uncle died of emphysema.

I still often think of what a miracle vaping has been in my life.
