What was your first kit?

Way back in 2014 I purchased a Cig-a-like by socialites then my first true kit in 2015 was a innokin coolfire IV with iSub G tank.

When my friends visited me in 2012 they were coming up to a year free of cigarettes, by the miracle of vaping. They offered to buy me a kit, but if I failed I didn't want them to bear the cost. What I did was buy exactly what they were using at the time:

A pair of the earliest ego-T batteries, one for my mouth, one for the recharger
Recharging cable and wall wart
A pair of the plastic "Stardust" clearomizers
A 30 ml. bottle of his flavor (his custom tobacco flavor blend) and a 30 ml. bottle of her flavor, strawberry (the strawberry was awful).

It was primitive, basic, expensive at the time (though you can now get those old ego-T for less than 5 bucks apiece), but it worked, made me love vaping, propelled me toward choosing a quit day, which I did. I had my last cigarette the Sunday after Thanksgiving 2012. Quit day was rough, but I never again craved cigarettes after that.

My first real vape was a Halo Triton. I was like an eGo but used 910 connectors. I used most of the Halo juices at the time until I found Nicoticket. Then I discovered DIY and the savings over store bought ejuice.

It was the TotallyWicked Titan-T kit.

It Came with two batteries, two atomizers, and a 10ml of 36mg/ml freebase nic menthol ejuice.

The kit was around $70 in August 2012.

Mine was a cig a like kit from Volcano that is located in Hawaii.
Here is pic that shows everything that came with the kit. Except mine was black.

Also purchased Strawberry Watermelon e-juice.

I actually visited their store in Waikiki in 2014 when I was on a business trip. I snagged one of their VV tube mods with a carto tank and some of their juice.

I tried cigalikes, but did not like that. The first mod I bought was an Innokin in 2015 (MVP something) with a clearomizer. It cost me all of a hundred dollars back then, plus extra for two tiny bottles of juice.

My first were cigalikes, too. SmokeTip brand. The company is still in business, last I checked. Cigalikes helped in a pinch but I still smoked about as much as prior. I still use them; they're just so convenient. SmokeTip batteries are great and have a lifetime warranty.
Then there was a Nord, same as a million other people. That died awhile ago. I still have spare pods in a box somewhere. The shop where I got it has a different owner but is still operating, selling mostly cannabis products.
Then came an R80 by Wismec. A pod mod that came with a 510 adapter. Got a Fireluke 2 tank for it. I guess that counts as my first real mod.
