BREAKING: OVER 10 TOP ATHLETES DEAD OR HIT BY SUDDEN HEALTH EMERGENCIES IN OCTOBER 2026 ALONE

From aortic dissections to heart transplants, the carnage is relentless. Is it just a coincidence, or is it the inevitable result of the industry’s "get jabbed or get out" policy?

Myth: Fatigue in midlife is just part of aging.

Fact: Chronic exhaustion is hormone imbalance.

Waking up tired after a full night's sleep is not your new normal. Neither is needing that afternoon pick-me-up just to get through the day.

Your body's needs change as you age. What gave you energy at 30 may not work now. That's not a failure. That's your hormones asking for something new.

The good news? Your body has an amazing ability to heal when you give it what it needs.

A few more days until we begin. It's your time to feel so much better.

Robin's Hormone Reset starts this Tuesday, October 27th, and it's brand new. I'll walk you through my five key steps to balance your hormones naturally, in the right order. Because sequence is key.

Three days. Simple steps. Real results.

📅 October 27th, 28th & 29th | 12–2pm Pacific

Registration closes when we begin on October 27th.

Did you know that a simple breathing technique called "box breathing" is used by U.S. Navy SEALs to stay calm and focused under pressure? It also has some fascinating benefits for your heart, and I'll share more about it below including how to do it.

Afterward, be sure to discover all 7 of the top very easy breathing techniques that can help lower your blood pressure, slow your heart rate, relieve stress, and protect your cardiovascular health in this exceptional new FREE guide:

→ Click Here for 7 BREATHING TECHNIQUES THAT SAVE YOUR HEART

This new guide comes from Zonia, the team behind the forthcoming free HEARTproof documentary event.

And it's especially valuable because it addresses something that's easy to overlook when we're thinking about protecting our hearts:

THE WAY YOU BREATHE.

You probably already know that ongoing stress can be bad for your health.

But did you know that chronic stress can actually cause your blood pressure and heart rate to rise, increase arterial stiffness, and contribute to inflammatory processes involved in heart disease?

That's because stress activates your body's sympathetic nervous system, also known as your fight-or-flight response.

And when that system stays activated too often, your heart can pay the price.

Fortunately, your body also has a built-in mechanism for helping you recover from stress.

It's called the parasympathetic nervous system, or your body's rest-and-digest system.

And one of the simplest ways to influence it is through the way you breathe.

That's why you will especially appreciate the free 7 BREATHING TECHNIQUES THAT SAVE YOUR HEART guide.

It reveals the top techniques you can begin practicing almost anywhere, along with the science behind their benefits for your heart and mind.

And again, one of those top methods is BOX BREATHING.

U.S. Navy SEALs are trained to perform it in extraordinarily stressful situations, where keeping a clear head and controlling their physical stress response can be crucial.

This breathing exercise is built around the number four.

And it's called Box Breathing because the pattern has four equal parts, just like the four sides of a box.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Breathe IN slowly for 4 seconds.
  2. HOLD your breath for 4 seconds.
  3. Breathe OUT slowly for 4 seconds.
  4. PAUSE for 4 seconds before beginning again.
That's one complete cycle.

Repeat this cycle several times, breathing gently and comfortably.

And here's WHY this little exercise is so powerful...

When you're stressed, your sympathetic nervous system tells your body to prepare for action.

Your heart beats faster. Your breathing may become quicker. Your blood pressure can climb.

But deliberately slowing and regulating your breathing can help counter that stress response.

Research on controlled breathing has found benefits that include:

  • Lower blood pressure, particularly with regular slow-breathing practice.
  • A slower heart rate, easing the immediate physical response to stress.
  • Improved heart rate variability (HRV), a measure of how your heart responds to changing demands.
  • Reduced feelings of stress and anxiety, helping you think and respond more calmly.
And Box Breathing gives you a particularly easy pattern to remember and practice when you're feeling stressed.

One important tip: Don't strain to complete the counts or force yourself to hold your breath if it feels uncomfortable. You can shorten the counts and keep your breathing gentle. If you have a medical condition affecting your breathing or heart, check with your healthcare professional about breath-holding exercises.

And remember, Box Breathing is only ONE of the seven techniques covered in your free guide.

In fact, the other methods offer different approaches that may help you even more, so...

PLUS, when you register to receive your guide, you'll ALSO get a free ticket to the worldwide premiere of HEARTproof, beginning November 2nd.

What if menopause is about more than declining hormones?

Your hormones, immune system, and stress response have been communicating throughout your life.

But during perimenopause and menopause, that relationship changes.

And there's a side of this transition most women rarely hear about.

This Thursday, two experienced naturopathic doctors are coming together to explore it.

Dr. Pina LoGiudice brings more than 25 years of clinical experience in women's health, along with research training in neuroendocrinology at the NIH.

Dr. Jocelyn Strand brings over a decade of clinical experience and published research into the gut, microbiome, and immune system.

Together, they'll explore:

  • How hormonal shifts may influence inflammation and immune function.
  • Why menopause is about more than estrogen levels.
  • What pregnancy research may reveal about lasting immune changes.
  • Why healthy aging is really a conversation about resilience.
  • What emerging research on beta-glucans may mean for immune support.

Plus, you'll have the opportunity to ask both doctors your questions live.

If you want to understand what may be happening inside your body during this transition, this is an hour worth making time for.

Chia seeds may be small but they sure are mighty, especially when it comes to your gut health! These little seeds are packed with plant-based protein and omega-3s, plus minerals like magnesium, calcium, and iron. Your gut relies on all of these to keep its tissues and systems working the way they should. But the real star is chia’s fiber. Here’s why. Most of what you eat gets broken down and absorbed long before it reaches your lower gut. Fiber is different. Your body can’t digest it, so it travels all the way down to where trillions of helpful bacteria live. Those bacteria feast on the fiber. As they do, they make compounds that help soothe and heal your gut lining, support healthy digestion, and keep things moving smoothly. So when you eat chia seeds, you’re not just feeding yourself. You’re feeding the good bacteria that take care of your gut.If you’d like an easy, delicious way to eat more chia seeds, you’ll love the Piña Colada Chia Seed Pudding my friend Kim Murphy is making on Day 1 of her free Plant-Based Beginner’s Bootcamp.⇒ Save your free seat for Kim’s cooking demos herePicture a creamy, tropical pudding made with pineapple, coconut, and chia seeds. You’ll watch Kim make it, step by step, in a cooking demo. You can even cook along with her in your own kitchen! That’s just Day 1. Hey Jimi,

If you've ever felt confused by conflicting nutrition advice, like keto vs. carbs, low-fat vs. high-fat, protein concerns, you're not alone.

In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Mike Israetel, Chief Sport Scientist at Renaissance Periodization and former professor of public health, to cut through the noise and reveal what the research actually says about eating for optimal health.

Dr. Israetel has spent years analyzing thousands of research papers on nutrition and health, and the picture he's uncovered is surprisingly clear.

We dive deep into the hierarchy of what actually matters for your long-term health, and spoiler alert: it's not what most people think.

In this podcast, Dr. Israetel and I discuss:

  • Why calorie balance is responsible for roughly 60% of the variance in health between individuals

  • How food quality and composition account for 20% of health outcomes, and why this matters more as you age

  • The surprising truth about macronutrient ratios: why the carb vs. fat debate is overblown

  • Why the "metabolically healthy obese" concept is largely a myth and what the research really shows

  • How to debunk the keto myth: what ketosis actually does (and doesn't do) for your health

  • The evidence on gluten, grains, red meat, and eggs: which foods are actually harmful and which are fine

  • Why most people's concerns about specifics like mTOR and protein are premature

  • How a concept called hedonic adaptation explains why healthy food tastes better the more consistently you eat it

  • The nutrient timing hierarchy: why meal frequency matters far less than you've been told

  • How to build a sustainable, evidence-based approach to eating that doesn't require perfection

It's been a little while since we've connected, and I've been thinking about something I want to share with you.

What if you're doing all the right things for your health... but you're still not feeling like yourself?

You're eating well. You're exercising. You're trying to get enough sleep.

But no matter what you do, that extra weight just won't budge.

Your energy has disappeared. You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed. And some days, you wonder if you'll ever feel like your old self again.

Sound familiar?

Here's something I've learned after more than 21 years of helping women feel fabulous...

It's not always about doing MORE. It's about doing the RIGHT things in the RIGHT order.

Your hormones don't work independently. They're all connected, and when one system is struggling, it can affect everything else.

Here's one of the best-kept secrets to feeling fabulous: It's not just WHAT you do for your health. It's the ORDER in which you do it.

Sequence matters, and it's a game changer.

When you get the sequence right, feeling better becomes so much easier!

That's why I created my BRAND NEW Robin's Hormone Reset, where I'll walk you through my FIVE key steps to balancing your hormones naturally.

I'll show you where to start, what to focus on, and why the order matters so much.

Three days. Simple steps. Real results.

If you're still not feeling like you want to feel, this is for you.

I'd love to help you get back to feeling fabulous!
