| For years, I immersed myself in the world of natural healing. I studied nutrition, researched natural therapies, explored meditation, and learned from some of the leading voices in holistic health. I became a filmmaker, author, and educator, sharing what I was learning with people looking for answers to their health challenges. From the outside, it might have looked like I had it all figured out. But here's something I don't think we talk about enough… Knowing what supports your health and actually experiencing healing yourself aren't always the same thing. Even with everything I knew, I still struggled with my own health. I tried to find answers by doing more, learning more, and looking for the next thing that might make a difference. But eventually, I began to see something I hadn't fully understood before. Maybe healing wasn't just about what I was putting into my body or the practices I was following. Maybe I also needed to understand what was happening beneath the surface. The stress I was carrying. The patterns I had developed. The connection between my mind, my emotions, and my body. That realization changed the direction of my work. And it's a big part of why I feel so passionate about helping you and thousands of others to explore a more complete approach to healing. Recently, I had the opportunity to share more of my personal journey on Boundless Body Radio, including the experiences that shaped my understanding of healing and the lessons I wish I'd understood much earlier. If you've ever felt like you're doing everything you're supposed to do for your health, yet something still isn't clicking, I think this conversation may really resonate with you. I'd love for you to take a little time to listen. Listen to my story here → Sometimes, the most important breakthroughs happen when we stop looking for more things to do and start asking a different question. That's a lesson I'll never stop sharing. |
