Nearly the end of day 9 and the start of day 10.

Still vaping and hardly had a craving as of yet.

Shame on me for having one and then 40 in the space of a day.

I will beat my best again and continue to vape.

It has nearly been a week since I last updated you all.

And I am pleased to say I am still vaping away, with me doing over 2 weeks without a cigarette.

In just over 13 hours, I will have done 3 weeks without smoking, and that is a given.

I will then be on course to do 4 weeks again, then 5 weeks, and hoping to beat my 6 Weeks done twice.

Once in 2016 and three weeks ago.

Since I had had trouble with neighbours, I started to smoke again late Saturday night, and then all day Sunday.

I had later resolved to only vape from 1 AM, as this would be 12 or 00 hours midnight.

But did put out my last puff at 2 AM.

I woke up on Monday to smoke both that day and on Tuesday.

Then, at Midnight on the 24th, in the Early hours of the 25th, I quit smoking.

So now it's day 4 off those cigarettes.




My new Quit Date is currently June 25, 2025, at 00:00:00 Midnight.

Do you have ZYN or ON! nicotine pouches there?
They work really good if vaping isn't cutting it.

Why do you want to quit smoking?

I'm sure there are multiple reasons.

If you had to list the top three reasons with the first being the most important, what would the list consist of?

1. Health
2. Money
3. Able to buy things.

Those are all great reasons.

Health is the most important.

Saving money is a bonus that happens only when you find a good device/atty and eliquid combo.

I believe that there are certain combinations of eliquid and atomizers that work much better together than others.

I also believe that certain atomizers work better on some mods than others.

Vaping works great once you find the right combination of the device/atomizer and eliquid.

This combination can and will change over time.

Once I found the right combination the first time I got much better at finding other combinations that worked.

On another note,
I really like how the "OP" goes on OP's avatar in the thread and the country flags are pretty awesome, too.

What nic level do you vape?

Currently, it features a 20mg/ml Nicotine level in a rechargeable disposable.

I have some 72mg salt nic in storage, 250ml of which I have.

I also fell back off the wall and smoked from Tuesday until Sunday, Early Morning.

I have been off smoking for over a day now and will continue, as I cannot hack tobacco any longer.


So my New QUIT Date is as follows,

Day 15 for me, now I have made another week without.

I must have smoked about 10-12 days out of the last 4 months.

I think I am now classed as a none smoker if I reach 21 days.

So will be checking in from time to time to keep check on things.

I have now made Three Weeks now and I know I can go longer.

I have lapsed in smoking for 2 hour 30 minutes from 21 30 (9:30 PM). Until Midnight.
