I smoked a ton, was a foreman at a high stress job which got up to 4 pk a day range. It was gettin to where I was gaspin for air just goin up my stairs at home so I knew I had to cut down/quit.
Where I worked at the time they just had started a quit smokin challenge and they offered 100.00 bucks to any employee and every member of their family to buy Vape equipment and give vapin a try. I had tried the cig-a-likes and they were the pits for gettin a big puff like I needed so I stupidly ignored the offer for about 6 months then finally came to my senses and went to a vape shop where they set me up right, that was 2012 and I haven't had a cigarette since.
Now I am workin on quitin vape but still not coughin up a lung like I was with ciggies
