Proton pump inhibitors are among the most prescribed drugs in the world.
They reduce stomach acid. They relieve symptoms. And according to published research, they significantly alter the gut microbiome in ways that create long-term consequences most patients are never told about.
Reduced microbial diversity. Increased susceptibility to harmful bacteria like C. difficile. Changes to the gut environment that can persist long after the medication is stopped.
The studies exist. They are in peer-reviewed journals. The information is not hidden.
It just does not make it into the appointment.
Trevor King has spent years documenting exactly this pattern — where the research is clear and the conversation with patients is not — and he is going live Thursday, June 11th at 4pm ET for a free webinar covering what the pharmaceutical industry does not want you to know about your health.

Ancient Microbes, Modern Guts: Why Fermented Foods Are Worth the Hype

Walk through any decent grocery store these days and you'll find kombucha next to the soda, kimchi near the salsa, and kefir alongside the yogurt. Fermented foods have graduated from "health food store weird item" to mainstream shelf space, and the good news is that the trend actually has science behind it worth understanding.

What’s truly weird is why any cultures stopped eating this way in the first place.

We Used to Ferment Everything

For most of human history, fermentation wasn't a wellness trend, it was common sense when it came to digestion and storing food. Before refrigeration, almost every culture on Earth had its own version of fermented food, developed independently…out of necessity.

Korea had kimchi. Japan had miso and natto. Eastern Europe had kvass and kefir. Germany had sauerkraut. Every region, every tradition, some variation of the same idea: let microorganisms transform food, preserve it, and in the process, make it more nourishing and better for the gut (whether they knew gut microbiome science or not yet).

It was basically universal. Cultures with no contact with each other arrived at the same conclusion. When something shows up everywhere across human history, it means it could be a critical part of long term survival.

Hey Jimi,

Most nutrition conversations start in the wrong place.

Not because the advice is necessarily wrong,

but because the question being asked is the wrong one.

And once you understand what that question is, everything changes.

Most people are asking, "Which diet should I follow?"

But the question worth asking is:

"What is my food actually doing inside my body?"

Because certain foods may be quietly driving inflammation, destabilizing blood sugar…

And creating the kind of internal environment where unwanted cell growth may find it easier to take hold.

Of course, there's a lot of conflicting advice out there.

And every approach has its advocates.

But the real conversation isn't about which approach you follow.

It's about discovering the specific foods that may actively support your body,

And the ones that may be working against it.

Discover the foods that may help your body create conditions where unwanted cell growth struggles

With love and care,

There is a connection most conventional medicine rarely makes.

Persistent fatigue, stubborn weight gain, recurring anxiety, skin issues that won't clear up, and blood pressure that won't stabilize…

These are
rarely connected to the kidneys.

Yet according to the CDC and the National Kidney Foundation, more than 1 in 7 American adults is estimated to have chronic kidney disease.

And most have absolutely no idea.

Research suggests that compromised kidney function may quietly affect
nearly every system in the body, in ways most doctors never trace back to the source.

Jonathan Landsman has spent nearly 40 years studying natural health and detoxification.

And he has just released a complimentary eGuide revealing
25 natural ways to detox and support kidney function that most conventional doctors never discuss…

…foods, herbs, supplements, and simple lifestyle strategies that may help protect and restore one of the body's most vital and overlooked organs.

Hi Jimi,

If you've been following the latest research, you already know the picture isn't pretty.

In March 2026, a major investigation found that at least 111 substances of unknown safety have been quietly added to everyday foods, drinks, and supplements

Without the FDA ever being notified.

These aren't obscure industrial products, they're in sports drinks, snack bars, cereals, and items sold at health food stores.

And that's just what we know about.

Experts estimate the real number of unreviewed chemicals in our food supply could exceed 1,000, because many are hidden under vague labels like "flavour" or "colour." On top of that:

 • PFAS pesticide residues were detected in nearly 90% of peaches and plums in 2026 testing

 • Plasticisers (phthalates and bisphenols) showed up in nearly 100 common foods tested by Consumer Reports
 • Cancer-linked compounds called PAHs were found in smoked fish, grilled meats, and even some cereals

The FDA says they’ve started acting with eight synthetic food dyes that are being phased out by the end of 2026…

But regulatory change moves way too slowly and most of us are left to figure this out on our own.

That's exactly why I want to tell you about the Whole Body Detox Summit, starting June 16, 2026.

You’ll get access to information shared by holistic and integrative medicine practitioners to discuss practical, evidence-informed strategies for reducing your toxic load,

All the way from what you eat, to how you support your body's natural detox processes.

It's free to attend, and registration takes about 30 seconds.

Save your seat here and discover shocking new evidence that explains the toxic truth behind your unexplained symptoms

This is the kind of conversation that should be happening more openly. I hope you'll join us.
Yours in health,

In 2023, antidepressant prescriptions for children and adolescents reached an all-time high.
Not because the research on their effectiveness in pediatric populations is strong. Multiple studies have shown limited benefit in children and documented risks including increased suicidal ideation in adolescents — a warning that appears on the label.
Not because natural and behavioral alternatives have been proven ineffective. The research on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and nervous system regulation for childhood and adolescent mental health is substantial.
But because the pharmaceutical industry has access to pediatricians in ways that independent researchers and natural health practitioners do not.
Trevor King is going live Thursday, June 11th at 4pm ET with a free webinar on how Big Pharma has shaped medical practice, what the research on natural alternatives actually shows, and what every family deserves to know before accepting a prescription as the only option.
