Hi Jimi,

“Why would your body destroy the hardest tissue it owns?”That’s the question in Episode 2, now live, that stopped Felix Liao, DDS, cold.He kept seeing patients grind their teeth down.Yet, they were told their mouth is “healthy.”And the usual explanation for grinding was always the same:Stress. Wear a night guard and move on.But Dr. Liao didn’t buy it.As a trained engineer, he knew the body doesn’t waste energy. So why would it wreck its own teeth night after night? What he uncovered is startling:Grinding your teeth can be your body’s desperate attempt to deal with something far more critical while you sleep...Something that affects your oxygen flow, energy, blood pressure, heart, and brain. That’s why you’ll want to watch Episode 2 of the Dental Health Docu-Class today:Fixing Dental Health ProblemsInside Episode 2, you’ll also hear from:Yolanda Cintron, DMDProper Care of Oral InfectionsDr. Cintron walks you through how hidden oral infections can go unnoticed, the warning signs to watch for, and the steps you should never skip before a dental procedure.Leonard Fazio, DDSThe Proper Mercury Removal ProcessDr. Fazio shares what you need to know before removing mercury-based dental fillings, including safer replacement materials and the mistakes to avoid. If you grind your teeth, wake up tired, have old fillings, suspect hidden infections, or feel like something is being missed in your dental care…You need to watch Episode 2 now. Each episode is only available for 24 hours. Then it comes down, and the next one goes live.=> Watch Episode 2

You don't need another diet.

And you definitely don't need a list of 47 random things like weighing your food.

Jimminyflippincrickets.

Losing weight should not feel like a second job.

So let's make this stupid simple.

Do ONE thing today.

That's it.

One tiny habit that ACTUALLY moves the needle when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off.

Tomorrow, add one more.

Tomorrow-tomorrow... add another.

Because lasting weight loss isn't built by completely overhauling your life for 14 days and then quitting when the work project got busy.

It's built by doing the small things - the boring basics - long enough so they become... you.

I took the habits that I teach inside the Sustainable Weight Loss MACHINE and broke the most important ones down into One Habit a Day.

24 habits.

4 weeks.

And I already put them in order for you.

There's nothing for you to figure out.

There's no staring into space wondering what to do.

And especially... there's no lame diet (because diets have cooties).

Just do one thing.

[GET YOUR ONE HABIT A DAY]

It's my gift to you.

Let's Go.✌️

Coach Holly

PS - Before my overachieving, kicking-doors-down girlies ask...

No. You are NOT supposed to knock out all 24 this week.🙈

One. Habit. A. Day.

To quote John McClane... Just the fax ma'am. Just the fax.

Happy Wednesday Jimi,Don’t miss Annmarie’s three-serum trial set at a special rate for our readers, with a few extras tucked in.
And our 14-Day Healthy Home Reset starts tomorrow - I’d love to have you join us in the ECL community in time to begin together. It’s included in a 1-month membership (I’m practically giving it away). Short video lessons and simple changes you can make one day at a time, while getting to connect with the rest of the community to see what’s working for them.
🐿️ CREATURE FEATURE 🐿️Velvet WormIt looks a bit like a caterpillar crossed with a slug, walking on stubby little legs, and belongs to a lineage dating back roughly half a billion years. You find them in damp leaf litter. They’ve got two nozzles beside the mouth, and when something edible wanders close they fire jets of sticky slime at it. It quickly forms a thread that traps the prey, so the worm can eat at its own pace. Afterward it often eats the leftover slime, too, recovering some of the resources that went into making it.

  1. Separate apples from sensitive vegetables. Their natural ripening gas, ethylene, can speed broccoli yellowing and make carrots bitter.
  2. Use the crisper for leafy greens. Choose the high-humidity setting and dry any washed leaves before storing them.
  3. Wash berries when you’re ready to eat. Keeping them dry during storage helps them last.
  4. Ripen avocados and pears, then refrigerate. Move them once they’re ready.
  5. Remove carrot and beet tops. Store the greens separately and use them early.

The vegetables in your fridge are still alive. They keep respiring after harvest, losing water and responding to their surroundings.

Unfortunately, a drawer full of great food can turn into limp greens and yellow broccoli quickly. Temperature, moisture, and even the fruit sitting next to something can change how quickly it deteriorates. A few small storage tweaks can extend the lifespan.

After years of resisting it, I had to install Instagram at the last minute on my phone the other day to do an interview, Jim.

After the interview, I did what I guess you do when you have Instagram on your phone…

scroll. :)

It took me a few swipes to get to someone talking about how they’d been healed of all their gut symptoms with the carnivore diet.

Was it something about the meat in particular that magically healed their gut?

I could be wrong, but in this context, does the carnivore diet seem like a subset of the broader concept of an elimination diet?

When your gut is so messed up that seemingly everything causes problems, eliminate everything with any shred of fiber, plant defense compounds like lectins, phytates & oxalates, sulfurous foods, etc., etc…

take all that away so the inflammation goes down, so your gut can have a chance to rest and heal.

If so, the fruitarians were talking about this LONG before the carnivores were…

and you can find entire websites, channels, etc. dedicated to showcasing the success of an all-fruit diet in healing gut issues, likely for the same reason.

While I philosophically resonate more with an all-fruit diet than an all-meat one, I don’t know that either really has a valid claim on the title of “the perfect human diet.”

One could do either diet for quite some time and give a very messed-up gut a chance to calm down…

but, that doesn’t mean either of them provides all the nutrients needed to thrive in the long run.

And particularly, when you look at the compounds that are the most “anti-cancer” in terms of the research, the vast majority of them come from vegetables and herbs…

which aren’t included in either of those diets.

But then again, this is just me throwing things out there. ;)

*********

The other thing about the term “diet” in general, and this might sound sacrilegious to people on both sides of the aisle…

but what you eat is indeed VERY important…

It's not the be-all and end-all when it comes to healing chronic conditions.

If anything, I think this mantra of “you have to eat the perfect things, or all is lost” puts more stress on someone than anything else in a world with endless options of what to eat.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of stories of people healing just with a change of mindset alone, who didn’t change anything about the way they ate…

I just met one at a conference this last weekend.

And then on the other end of the spectrum you have the highest-end nutraceuticals, like C60…

combined with agents to keep your detox systems functioning properly, and those that will go in and grab toxicants out of your body…

not to mention, those that will give you all the minerals your body needs to do what it needs to do…

ALL of which are the topics of TODAY’S (Wednesday) deep dive webinar with my good friend Dr. Darrell Wolfe going over some of my favorite foundational products of all time!

Before her diagnosis, Melinda Nelson was a plant-based health coach, avid organic juicer, triathlete, and yogi. At 32, she was diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma, a rare, one-in-a-million cancer with only one FDA-approved treatment. She found motivation and inspiration in the documentary Heal, which she played on repeat as she fell asleep. After surgery to remove a cortisol-secreting, 24-centimeter adrenal tumor, she started treatment but experienced recurrence in her spine, hips, shoulder, lungs, and liver, leading her to pursue multiple treatments and procedures with a dedicated team of specialists. Her tumors have remained stable and inactive since November 2022, and she continues to support her well-being through complementary practices such as acupuncture, hypnotherapy, and sound baths. In 2024, Melinda became a founding member and vice president of Adrenal Cure Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing adrenal cancer research, and she now co-hosts Talk Cancer to Me, a podcast exploring the realities of life with cancer beyond oncology appointments.
