Dear User/Member, Here at MVR Forum, we try to keep these rules lenient so that everyone can continue to use this fine website. They are designed to keep you and us happy, knowing that we are covered if unforeseen circumstances exist. Then, we can use these rules against the member in question.
User Registrations
Once you have registered here via the registration form, you will be asked to click the link in your email to the one you provided. Once you have, you will need to post a thread in the Activation Request Forum, as this will be for us to tell if you are a bot or a person just wanting to spam the website. This may include illicit posts of naked people or advertisements. This is not on at all, as we do not serve a purpose to link to your website or videos of porn, also tablets for Viagra.
Once you have posted, you will be moderated for some posts before we verify you as a human being.
Please note that this forum is still young, and depending on where you live in the world, you may find that you are waiting for a reply for a long time.
Also, nobody can view your posts here as they are private. And will succumb to either a spam message or a verified prefix.
If you do not verify your account via the e-mail sent within one day, your account will be deleted.
You must be of age to use this forum; currently, in the UK, it is 18 years of age to purchase tobacco or talk about it on forums.
Declarations of Account

Vendors must notify Admin about a possible banner stating their status as Vendors. This can be done in the Contact Us form in the De-Management Category.

The Vendor must provide details of other workers and be known to this forum so they can have the same results as above.
Vendors must read this Rule to note what is needed of them.
Vendors must not post DISPOSABLE Products, as we are not allowing items to go to waste dumps to conserve the environment.
Vendors must not barrage members with notices of why not purchase from us messages in forums.
Vendors may state what each item consists of and how it would benefit the member looking for recommendations.
Postings
The main language used on this board is English, so all correspondence must be in English.
You and only You are liable for posting what content you put up.
You must not post Illicit content on the forum. Doing so is a breach of the Internet code, and you will be permanently banned, and your post will be deleted.
Bannings.
All your privileges will be revoked if you are liable for a ban. This means you will enter a ban immediately for a short duration whilst Moderators and admin talk about your actions to be in the banned group.
You must accept a ban is imminent for your part in any aspect of the forum rules that you deliberately convened to do the opposite.
You must acknowledge that there will be a short or long duration of a ban or a permanent ban.
User Tradings Community
You must hit a certain threshold of posts before you can post in the wanted, for-sale trading forums. You will know when to do so by looking under group subscriptions in your Postbit. You will see a new group that says Allowed To Trade and that you cannot leave it.
In the User Tradings forum, you must supply photos of the item to sell or trade and state its RRP (Regular Retailer Price).
All correspondence from the For Sale Wanted must be stated in the thread about what has happened. This alerts other members if an item is still for sale or a swap is still in play. Meaning the use of Prefixes.
Please place a Prefix for what you are doing. Remember, there is an On Hold prefix if items are pending and a Completed prefix once everything is done and dusted.
Supplies for Mixing DIY EJuices.
Remember that this is user-driven. For those who want to sell their concentrates, all Concentrations must be within six months of the use date.
You must still state the location of the mixing supplies, as postage might be excessive if living in another country.
Cloned Items
Users can mention cloned items in discussions. However, users who wish to sell, trade, or hold competitions or giveaways for cloned items must state that the item in question is cloned.
Blogging on Members' Blog Site.
Since you can now blog on our sister site, you must have 100 posts to do so. This will show that you are a valid member and that you will not be advertising other illicit or commercial products on the Blog site. Once you have posted enough, you may want to contact staff members from the Contact Us Forum and state that you have now reached this threshold and would like to post on the blog site.
These rules will be updated occasionally, and you must always state whether you have read them.
