Hey, this was unexpected, Jim, but too good not to let you know about!

I don’t think we’re going to fit in a whole body vibration (WBV) webinar this year, which is a bummer, as I always have so much fun talking about it, and feel like it’s WAY too well-kept of a secret when it comes to all the applications in healing…

BUT I just found out Power Plate is having an early black Friday sale, which it looks like is better than any webinar deal we’ve ever had, so I figured I should at least write about it and let you know!

WBV is the ultimate meeting place of healing and fitness, and it always blows me away how much it does on both sides!

We all know exercise IS healing to start, so to start, it’s nice to know researchers found 15 minutes of basic movements with whole body vibration equalled NINETY minutes on a bike!

And I’ve never heard of anything so effective for visceral adipose tissue (VAT) - the fat that builds up around your organs and causes that protruding abdomen look and is a MAJOR disease risk…

in comparing three different groups, the WBV group had by far the biggest VAT reduction, but what was really cool is that they told each group to stop what they were doing for six months…

and the WBV group was the only one to KEEP their reduction, even though they hadn’t done anything in six months!

And of course you’ve got massive lymph movement, along with massive circulation / microcirculation improvement…

and you can quite fairly say you’re literally “raising your vibration” just standing on the thing.

It’s Friday, and if your week looked anything like most women’s I know (or mine), you’ve likely been running on fumes and good intentions. Here’s something I remind my patients (and myself) of often: self-care isn’t a reward you earn after everything is done. It’s the foundation that makes everything else possible. Your energy, your sleep, your metabolism, and your ability to recover aren’t separate issues. They’re deeply connected, and when one is off, the others usually feel it too. So this weekend, I’d invite you to do one small thing for yourself. Go to bed twenty minutes earlier. Take a real lunch break. Say no to something that drains you. Small shifts add up. Here are some more resources to help you dial in to what your body needs right now:

Hi Jim,

You've probably come across ideas about the nervous system on podcasts and social media. It's a hot topic right now, and rightfully so.

Some of that information is useful. Unfortunately, a lot of it is half-true, incomplete, or downright inaccurate.

The flood of mixed messages makes things harder when your nervous system is already dysregulated. It's the exact opposite of what you need.

Here are four of the most common myths, and what's actually going on underneath each one.

Myth #1: Regulation means calming down.

This is the big one. Calming techniques have their place. They're useful in acute moments, and for landing your nervous system after movement, expression, or other practices.

But as a whole approach to a chronically activated nervous system, forcing calm suppresses the charge instead of moving it. Over time, the underlying charge and reactivity build.

Regulation doesn't mean calming down. It's about building capacity: the range your nervous system can hold, and its ability to move between states.

Sometimes that means bringing down activation. Sometimes it means gently waking a nervous system stuck in shutdown.

Myth #2: Breathwork, meditation, cold plunges, and biohacking work for everyone.

Maybe you've tried meditation and come out more restless. Maybe a cold plunge left you wired for hours, a breathwork class left you shaky and spacey, or a stack of biohacks left you more depleted.

The tools aren't wrong. They just weren't matched to the state your nervous system was in.

A technique that helps with activation can deepen shutdown. A practice that brings up more than your nervous system can hold doesn't regulate it; it overwhelms it.

The question isn't just "which tool?" It's "which state, and what does it need?"

Myth #3: A nervous system is a nervous system. Everyone's works the same way.

Nervous systems are closer to fingerprints than to a textbook diagram. The same state can look and feel completely different from one person to the next, which is why generic advice fits some people and misses others entirely.

The useful skill is learning to read the signals from your unique system.

Myth #4: It's either physical or "all in my head."

It's a false choice. The nervous system is where body and mind meet.

Fatigue, brain fog, unpredictable digestion, flares after a hard week… these can be physical AND tied to the state your nervous system is in, at the same time.

The same is true for the patterns you understand perfectly and still can't change. They run on your nervous system, too.

If any of this is speaking to you, this Tuesday I'll go deeper in a free live workshop: the why behind each myth, how to recognize which state you're in, and what building capacity actually looks like for your unique system.

Hi jimi,

We start Genes to Action today!

Here’s the idea I want you to bring with you:

A genetic finding doesn’t tell you what matters most. The person does.

Join us today through Obvio:

Imagine two people have exactly the same genetic variant.

One has symptoms, family history, dietary patterns and lab findings that all point toward the pathway affected by that variant.

The other doesn’t.

Same SNP.

Very different clinical significance.

That’s why today we’re starting before the genetic report.

We’ll look at the person’s goals, symptoms, history, previous responses, lifestyle, exposures and existing data. Then we can ask a much more useful question:

What does the genetic information add to what I already know?

That shift helps you avoid treating every red, orange or green box on a genetic report as something that needs to be fixed.

Bring your workbook

Have the Day 1 section open during today’s session.

If you haven’t already done the opening exercises, choose a real or composite person to work with and jot down:

 • Their primary concern in their own words
 • Why it matters to them now
 • What meaningful improvement would look like
 • The important pieces of their health history you already know
We’ll build from there during the session.

Join us here:

Hi Jimi,

Noticing more hair in your brush? A widening part? Thinner hair than you had just a few years ago?

You might be blaming age.

But what if there’s something else worth looking into?

One simple essential oil has attracted researchers’ attention for its potential to support hair growth.

It’s rosemary oil.

And the most intriguing part? One clinical study compared it with minoxidil, the active ingredient in Rogaine.

Now, a new hair serum combines rosemary with 11 other oils designed to nourish your scalp and support healthier-looking hair.

Could this be worth adding to your hair-care routine?

Take a look at the formula here:

Hi Jimi,

For years, we thought rapid aging was just inevitable due to genetics, bad luck, the price of getting older.

Now researchers are discovering something different: premature aging is often a metabolic problem, not just a chronological one.

Years before you notice a significant decline, your cells start losing their ability to produce energy efficiently. Your body is starving for vitality while surrounded by the fuel it can't access properly.

And the hidden truth is that the metabolic dysfunction driving this often starts much earlier than you'd think, sometimes in your thirties or forties, silently.

The same thing causing your afternoon energy crashes, joint stiffness, and brain fog right now could be setting the stage for accelerated aging years ahead.

A new docuseries called The Gut Aging Solution, produced by our friends at Goodness Lover, explores this connection with 20+ world-class experts.

Hey Jimi,

Does it feel like every health expert says something different about food sensitivities?

One practitioner blames lectins.

Another points to oxalates or histamines.

It’s exhausting!

And cutting out more and more foods often makes things worse.

The truth is, chasing trigger foods isn’t the answer.

To find real comfort, you need to address the underlying dysfunctions driving those reactions.

That’s why I’m so excited to invite you to:

The no-cost 2026 Food Sensitivity Summit, starting Thursday, October 15!

15 world-class doctors and functional immunologists are coming together…

To help you cut through the noise, rebuild gut resilience, and expand your daily diet without fear.

The Foods that Greatly Reduced Colon Cancer Risk & Inflammation (fascinating research, Jimi)

Colon problems are very common today including colon cancer, which is now the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S.

However, a fascinating study showed that certain types of food led to significantly less colon inflammation and a dramatic drop in multiple colon cancer risk factors in just two weeks:

Discover these powerful foods you will definitely want to consume more of in THE ANCIENT DIET PROVEN TO DROP COLON CANCER RISK IN JUST 2 WEEKS right here

Here's a little more context for you, Jimi:

In the study, African Americans who ate very typical American foods...

Versus rural people from Africa who ate their typical foods...

Switched diets for just two weeks.

Now, two important notes:

1) As you're about to see, the typical foods the rural African people ate are not "exotic" or hard to find here.

You will find these types of foods in any grocery store here (and I wouldn't even call them all "extremely healthy").

2) At the start of the study, almost half of the American subjects had polyps -- abnormal colon growths that can progress to cancer.

None of the Africans had them.

And after two weeks, as I noted above, the American group had significantly less colon inflammation and a big drop in multiple risk factors for colon cancer.

Meanwhile, the rural African group had cancer risk markers that dramtically increased after only two weeks.

You'll discover the KEY takeaways from this, including how YOU may want to adjust your diet if necessary, in...

The Ancient Diet Proven to Drop Colon Cancer Risk which is completely free for you right here

And FYI, Jimi, the author of this very helpful free report is Chris Wark.

During his own colon cancer battle, and in the two decades since he healed, Chris has been researching cancer non-stop -- what’s causing cancer, foods that fight cancer, foods that promote cancer growth.

He’s researched nearly every alternative and natural non-toxic therapy out there...

...And literally spent thousands of hours reading studies and interviewing doctors, scientists and survivors like him who’ve healed cancer against the odds.

Chris has compiled a massive amount of life-saving information, organized it and put it into a comprehensive healing and prevention program called SQUARE ONE.

The SQUARE ONE Program will show you how to transform your life and your health and give you a step-by-step roadmap to start your healing journey.

SQ1 is normally a paid program, but every year Chris puts it online for free. He’s shared the SQ1 Program with nearly two million people since 2017 and this year’s free screening is right around the corner.

And, along with The Ancient Diet Proven to Drop Colon Cancer Risk report, you're also getting completely free access to that entire SQUARE ONE program.
