Sandy will guide us through a 20–25-minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. She’ll explain how she works with sound to support relaxation and well-being, and we’ll explore the experience together through Q&A.

Sound has a deeply personal meaning for Sandy. During treatment for Stage IV non-Hodgkin lymphoma, she began playing crystal singing bowls between chemotherapy treatments. She describes sound and writing as important sources of support in her healing journey. Her book, Cancer Ramblings: From Why to Why Not?, captures her experience through to remission.

You can hear her full story in our podcast conversation on Integrative Cancer Solutions. Wednesday’s gathering is an opportunity to experience her sound practice firsthand.

Join the free session on Zoom

Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably. A blanket is optional, and headphones are encouraged but not required. No previous experience is needed.

Whether you’re already a member or discovering Breast Cancer Conqueror for the first time, I’d love for you to join us.

Warmest,

Hi Jimi,

A lot of people today are curious about plant-based eating or have already moved more in that direction.

However, some of the most common questions that confuse people include...

Will I get enough protein?
Will I feel hungry all the time?
Is it actually healthy long-term?
Are certain types of plant-based diets better than others?

That’s exactly what this free online event that starts tomorrow was created to answer.

→ Reserve your spot for the Plant-Based Beginner’s Bootcamp here

During this Plant-Based Beginner’s Bootcamp, certified plant-based health coach Kim Murphy will walk you through:

• The truth about plant-based nutrition and disease prevention
• How to eat plant-based without feeling deprived or confused
• The easiest way to get protein, calcium, and key nutrients
• Why many processed vegan foods can actually sabotage your health
• How to create simple, satisfying plant-based meals

Each day also includes a live cooking demo so you can see exactly how to make these meals at home.

The goal of the Bootcamp is simple:

To show you how plant-based eating can be easy, practical, and delicious.

→ Save your free seat here

If you’ve ever considered moving toward a more plant-based diet or you already are but have questions, this is a "must-attend" event.

Finally, because smiles and laughter are always "good medicine"...

Here are several dad jokes that make my wife and kids laugh and are worth sharing with YOU...

What did 20 do when it got hungry?

28.

And...

Have you heard about the new restaurant on the moon?

Great food, but no atmosphere.

And...

Knock knock.

Who's there?

Cash.

Cash who?

No thanks, I prefer almonds.

;-)

Alright, enjoy the important learning in the Plant-Based Beginner's Bootcamp, free for you right here, and enjoy your day!

To Living Long and Living Well,

Brian Vaszily

P.S. One thing you will especially like about this Bootcamp is that each day includes a live cooking demo showing you how to make simple whole-food plant-based meals step-by-step.

You’ll learn recipes step-by-step like oil-free plant-based dishes, healthy chocolate treats, and other easy meals made with ingredients you can find in a regular grocery store.

Dear Jimi,

Two dental X-rays just exposed a disturbing truth…

Both from 45-year-old men. One American, one Scandinavian.

The difference?

The American's oral age tested at 61 years old. The Scandinavian's — just 29.

That's a 32-year gap in mouth aging between men the exact same age.

Here's the terrifying part…

It's not genetics or diet causing this massive difference.

It's a rogue enzyme called FabM that creates an "acid-lock" around harmful bacteria — like giving them bulletproof armor against everything you throw at them.

When FabM activates, it changes bacteria's outer membrane so completely that:

Toothpaste bounces right off
Antibiotics can't penetrate
Mouthwash becomes useless
Even professional cleanings fail

The bacteria sit there, protected, pumping acid directly against your teeth 24 hours a day.

No wonder Americans have 4x more tooth decay than Scandinavians despite spending billions on dental care.

Scandinavian military scientists discovered something our Americans have been missing all along.

Hey Jimi,

Ever notice how some people seem to catch every bug going around?

One little sniffle at church.

A grandchild visits with a cough.

And suddenly, everyone's reaching for tissues!

Makes you want to stock up on vitamin C, doesn't it?

But here's something surprising:

Your immune system doesn't always need a boost.

It needs to know when to fight… and when to ease up!

That's what caught Dr. Ryan Lazarus's attention.

In 2011, researchers reported that part of our immune system can actually be trained!

And now, Dr. Lazarus is revealing the fascinating science in his brand-new masterclass:

Train Your Immune System!

It’s happening on Thursday, November 5, at 7 PM ET.

This is your opportunity to discover why immune balance matters.

And the surprising molecule he calls an immune system “personal trainer!”

John was 44 when he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

The prognosis was hard to hear. No cure. Progressive decline.

Maybe five to ten good years.

Most people would have taken that as the whole story.

His wife, Martha Carlin, didn’t.

She started asking questions that no one had answered for her.

What was in their food?

What in their environment might be playing a role?

What else might be shaping John’s health that nobody had looked at?

So they changed how they ate. And within about two months, Martha says, John’s tremors were no longer visible.

That was just the beginning of a 22-year search.

Martha joined me on the podcast, and I’ll be honest: this is one of the most moving conversations I’ve ever had on the show.

Here’s some of what we explored:

 • Why Martha believes modern medicine may be studying the “little blue dots” while missing the full picture painted on the wall

 • Why your gut is not something to clean out, but an ecosystem to protect and rebuild (and why she compares antibiotic disruption to clearing an entire forest)

 • The overlooked role of rest and sleep, including how the brain clears metabolic waste overnight

 • What Martha noticed when she interviewed people with Parkinson’s about grief, loss and the things they’d never fully processed

 • How forgiveness and self-acceptance became part of John’s final months

 • Why she says, “We’re not part of nature. We are nature.”

One part of this conversation stayed with me long after we stopped recording.

Martha discovered the importance of the microbiome late in John’s journey.

After years of research, diet changes and doing so much “right,” there was still something they hadn’t been taught to look at.

If you or someone you love has been trying everything and still feels like a piece is missing, I think this episode will speak to you.

Because sometimes healing isn’t about adding one more thing.

Sometimes it’s about changing the conditions your body is living in.

🏷️ LABEL DECODER: “Bamboo” sheets sound simple, but that fabric is often rayon or viscose made from bamboo. The processing changes the material significantly. Always check what the fiber label actually tells you, especially if you see “naturally antibacterial” bedding.

🦪 REGENERATIVE FUTURE: Discarded oyster shells can help rebuild reefs. Young oysters attach to cleaned, recycled shells, which restoration teams return to the water. See how restaurants and volunteers turn discarded shells into new habitat in Chesapeake Bay.

🌿 NATURE CONNECTION: Those crusty patches and little beards growing on tree bark are often lichens. They’re a partnership between fungi and algae or cyanobacteria. One provides shelter and the other makes food through photosynthesis. These close-up photos show different forms to look for on your next walk. Lichens don’t harm the trees they grow on.

🏡 REGENERATIVE HOME: Here’s a quick refrigerator check: close the door on a piece of paper, leaving half outside, then gently tug. If it slides out easily, the seal or latch may need attention. This home energy checklist has ideas to look for wasted electricity.

🧠 OPTIMIZED MIND: If your to-do list follows you into bed, spend five minutes writing what you need to do in the next few days. In a sleep-lab study of young adults, people who wrote upcoming tasks fell asleep faster. Experiment with this if you tend to rehearse tomorrow in your head.

Supporting your skin through menopause

If your skin has started feeling drier or looking different around menopause, there’s a reason. The drop in estrogen can accelerate collagen loss, affecting skin’s firmness and texture.

That’s what makes this approach from CollaReplen interesting. It combines fermented amino acids with vitamin C, gotu kola, and ginseng to support your body’s own collagen production. It’s a powder you mix into water, available in unflavored or Mixed Berry.

There’s some encouraging research behind its key ingredient, VeCollal®. In an eight-week, placebo-controlled study, the group taking it saw improvements in measured wrinkles, skin elasticity, and collagen density. That study tested the ingredient rather than the finished CollaReplen product, and individual results will vary.

The Way Of The Witch

The veil is thin this time of year, can you feel it?

There is a reason why cultures around the world have created celebrations like Samhain and the Day of the Dead... because they knew that now is a time to connect with the spirits of our ancestors.

Now is a time to call in magic and miracle.

If you have an aching in your bones for something to change in your life, now is the time to call it in.

To aid you in your endeavors, we are airing a replay of our Way Of The Witch webinar this week. Taught by green witch Marysia Miernowska, this one is a fan favorite... packed with powerful rituals and practical mysticism that you can use to change your life now.

If you are curious about the metaphysical landscape of the evolved healer, shaman, priestess... this is not to be missed.

Click here to watch our Way Of The Witch Webinar Replay

There exist ancient ways of being, natural forces of healing and practices to receive guidance… that have been carefully protected. Brought forward through the ages - at great risk - by those who understand their power.

Every culture holds a word for the sacred role of the witch, and it usually translates to - one who knows, bearer of good medicine, one who sees, speaker of the unseen, reader of patterns, and one who heals.

The witch
is an archetype that lives inside us all. It is a metaphor, a reflection of the powers that we all possess - if we just remember.

Anyone who has ever worked with Marysia knows she’s the real deal. Marysia has honed her gift over decades of working with the plants and through careful study with wisdom keepers worldwide.

Now her inner light is always turned on.

She has made it her life's mission to teach others how to unlock these same abilities within themselves. Seriously, this is a big deal... Don't miss it!

Wishing you a winter of magic.

Stay curious,
