So I was surprised by something in a new guide from Dr. David Jockers, a doctor of natural medicine who has been teaching fasting for years.

His plan includes a day when you eat more.

It’s not a cheat day or a reward for good behavior. In his fasting plan, it’s required.

Here’s why.

When you cut back day after day with no break, your body can start to read it as a sign that food is scarce. And a body that thinks food is scarce may do exactly what it was designed to do: protect itself.

Dr. Jockers explains that this “protection mode” can slow your thyroid, keep cortisol (your main stress hormone) elevated, and even dial down hormones like estrogen and progesterone.

But adding a feast day to your fast can fix all that.

PART 2: THE FOOD TRAP
How Controlling Your Stomach Prepares You For Slavery
If Part 1 was about controlling your money, Part 2 is about controlling your stomach. And whoever controls your stomach controls you.
In Part 1 we saw Elon Musk promising free money. Today we will look at the other side of the same coin free food that is not food, and seeds that are not seeds.
The main name here is Bill Gates.
What is happening:
1. Bill Gates is now the largest private farmland owner in America over 270,000 acres.
2. His foundation funds seed banks, hybrid and GMO seeds that cannot reproduce on their own, and patents on crops.
3. He has invested over $200 million into companies making lab-grown beef, synthetic milk, and fake eggs companies like Upside Foods, Beyond Meat, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures.
4. Governments in Netherlands, USA, and Ireland are forcing cattle farmers to cull herds in the name of climate. Netherlands ordered 3,000 farms to close.
5. Lab meat factories are now approved by FDA. In June 2023, lab-grown chicken was approved for sale in America for the first time.
So while Elon says “you won’t need to work”, Bill is making sure you won’t need a farmer either.
Let me break it down.
1. THE TAKING OF FARMLAND
They tell you it is about climate. They say cows produce too much methane, so we must reduce cattle.
But if you remove the cow, you must replace the protein. And who owns the replacement? The same people who bought the farmland.
Genesis 47 Pharaoh did the same thing. During famine, he bought all the land from Egyptians in exchange for food. “So Joseph bought all the land of Egypt for Pharaoh, for all the Egyptians sold their field, because the famine was severe.” Genesis 47:20.
First they create scarcity, then they offer food in exchange for your land. By the end, "the land became Pharaoh’s.”
We are watching Genesis 47 repeat.
The Bible says land belongs to God. Leviticus 25:23 “The land shall not be sold in perpetuity, for the land is mine. When one man starts owning the food land of a nation, it is not business. It is dominion.
2. THE CORRUPTION OF SEED
God gave free seed. Genesis 1:11-12 “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed according to their own kinds... And God saw that it was good.” Kind after kind. Seed that reproduces. You plant once, you harvest forever.
What Bill Gates and companies like Monsanto / Bayer do is different. They make hybrid and patented seeds that grow big once, but the seed inside it is dead. You cannot replant it. Next year, you must come back to buy again.
In India, this caused over 300,000 farmer suicides after they went into debt buying new seed every season.
Jesus said: Mark 4:28 “The earth produces by itself, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.” By itself. Not by lab.
When you patent a seed, you are patenting life. And when you own the seed, you own the future.
The Bible warned of this kind of control:
Amos 8:11 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord God, when I will send a famine on the land not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord.
How do you create famine in a world of abundance? You control the seed. The warehouses can be full, but the farmer cannot plant without permission.
3. THE CREATION OF LAB FOOD
Now they say: Real meat is bad for climate. Real milk is cruel. Real eggs have disease. So we will give you better meat made in a lab from immortal cells, grown in steel tanks.
In 2023, the FDA approved lab-grown chicken. In 2024, Israel and Singapore started selling lab beef steaks.
They tell you it is clean. But the Bible has a word for mixing kinds that God separated.
Leviticus 19:19 “You shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed, nor shall you wear a garment of cloth made of two kinds of material.” God hates mixture. He created boundaries for a reason.
Daniel 2:43 About the last kingdom: “They will mingle with one another in marriage, but they will not hold together, just as iron does not mix with clay.” The final system is iron mixed with clay. Lab food is iron mixed with clay machine-grown flesh.[machine][man]
Revelation 18:23 says all nations were deceived by “pharmakeia.” In Greek, that means sorcery, but also chemicals, drugs, poisoning. Controlling food by chemistry is pharmakeia.
Why push lab food? *Revelation 6:5-6 The third seal: “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius.” That is rationed, measured, expensive food. When food is grown in labs owned by 3 companies, they can measure every quart.
If you control money (Part 1), you control today. If you control food and seed (Part 2), you control your children and grandchildren. Because they will have to come to you every year to eat.
4. THE GOAL - DEPENDENCE
God’s abundance: Psalm 104:14 “You cause the grass to grow for the livestock and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food from the earth.” Food from earth, by man’s work, blessed by God.
Their abundance: Food from lab, by robots, blessed by patent.
One makes you dependent on God and your own hands.
The other makes you dependent on their factories, their permissions, their app.
And when you combine Part 1 and Part 2:
They give you free money that buys only their lab food.
That is not abundance. That is a cage where the food and the money both come from the same owner.
What should you do?
1. Support real farmers. Buy from local farms while you can.
2. Keep real seeds, heirloom seeds that reproduce.
3. Grow something, even small. God designed work before sin came, and farming was the first work.
4. Teach your children where food comes from not factory, but earth.
Revelation 18:4 “Come out of her, my people."
